Submission Dates and FeesSITES and AICC invite participation by submitting either a single contribution or a proposal for a complete session. Single contributionLong abstracts or full papers in pdf format are accepted for submission. Session’s proposalSITES and AICC also welcomes proposals of full sessions of four papers. Submissions must contain the session title, chair(s), authors’ names, and long abstracts or full papers. DeadlinesJanuary 5, 2026 – Submission opens February 28, 2026 – Submission closes March 15, 2026 – Notification of submission results April 15, 2026 – Early bird registration closing date May 15, 2026 – Final registration closing date You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. Fees The early registration costs of attending the Conference are: 300 € (Euros) for students and 400 € (Euros) for Non-Students. Late registration costs: 450 € (Euros) for Students and 600 € (Euros) for Non-Students. All participants are asked to become members of SITES or AICC (40 Euros for Students and 80 Euros for Non-Students). The gala dinner is optional for extra 100 Euros per person. Registration does not cover accommodation and transport costs. |
